Responsibilities

• Forecasting and Planning: Implement solutions for advanced forecasting and planning in IBP, considering both demand-driven and supply-driven models.
• Custom Development & Enhancement: Work with the development team for custom development, reporting, and system enhancements as needed.
• Training & Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation, and offer ongoing support post-implementation.

Must Have

• Ideal candidate has minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP/APO, including expertise in SNP and PPDS.
• Experience with full life-cycle implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support).
• Proven knowledge of supply chain management best practices and integrated planning processes.
• Strong configuration skills in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization), SNP (Supply Network Planning), PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
• Proficient in SAP APO functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Global Available-to-Promise (GATP).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with IBP/APO is a plus.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and methods for SAP IBP/APO projects.
• Understanding of the integration between SAP and external systems (e.g., CRM, 3rd party suppliers).
• Good communication.
