Manage a caseload of complex family law cases
Supervise and mentor attorneys and paralegals
Conduct performance reviews and oversee productivity
Build professional relationships within the firm
Ensure compliance with California Family Code and local court rules
Provide coaching and support to team members
Notify management regarding staffing needs
Requirements:
10 years of Family Law experience
Leadership experience with attorneys and support staff
Ability to coach and mentor effectively
Proficiency in California Family Code and relevant laws
Experience managing cases from start to finish
Courtroom experience
Barred in California
Flexibility and adaptability is preferred
