Commercial Finance & Lending Counsel | Mid-Level Associate
Practice Area: Corporate Finance / Syndicated Lending / Commercial Credit Facilities
Location: New York, New York
Salary: $180,000 to $200,000 Base Salary (Complemented by discretionary year-end bonuses and a comprehensive benefits suite including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) facility, and generous paid time off.)
Schedule: Full-time, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed target.

Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an established track record and the technical expertise required to immediately contribute to a highly sophisticated practice.
Juris Doctor degree earned from an ABA-accredited academic institution.
Active admission in good standing to the New York State Bar.
Four to six years of substantive, direct transactional experience within a recognized law firm's banking, finance, or commercial lending practice group.
Demonstrated capability in independently managing multiple, fast-paced transaction timelines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
