Over 10 weeks, you will gain:Hands‑on experience in EHS program development and compliance.Mentorship and guidance from experienced industry leaders.A professional network across functions and facilities.Career‑ready technical and professional skills.When applying, you will be prompted to select all MacLean‑Fogg locations where you are interested in being considered.What You'll DoAssist in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.Support compliance activities related to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.Help develop and update training materials, safety procedures, and emergency response plans.Analyze EHS data and recommend improvements to reduce incidents and ensure compliance.Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).Knowledge of safety principles, environmental regulations, or compliance programs preferred.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.Ability to work on‑site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay.Skill development through hands‑on learning.Structured mentorship and feedback.Networking opportunities with peers and professionals.Experience presenting to leadership at program completion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
