Because we believe every transaction has the potential to be transformational.We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com , TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.About the role:Reporting to a Director, Brand Strategy, the Account Manager will service 6-8 key accounts within our brand portfolio, as the main point of contact across cross-functional teams across the organization.Role Responsibilities:Own day-to-day client relationships and drive long-term client retention through strategic partnership and proactive communicationLead account strategy across Amazon and marketplace channels, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performancePartner closely with Performance Marketing teams to optimize advertising performance and improve KPIs across traffic, conversion, and profitability metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, Logistics and Brand Health teams to deliver integrated commerce strategiesAnalyze account performance and identify opportunities across content, advertising, pricing, promotions, and assortment to maximize ROIBuild and guide promotional calendars in alignment with business goals, seasonality, and tentpole momentsLead weekly client calls and present sales and advertising performance through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviewsTrack progress toward annual revenue goals and internal sales targets, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain annual sales and demand forecasts in partnership with internal operational teams and clientsSupport onboarding of new brands and ensure successful execution against launch timelines and growth plansInternally coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery against client goalsRequirementsMinimum of 4 years in a Account Management roleAmazon Seller Central experience a must (Vendor Central a plus)Exceptional communicator with strong client-facing and relationship management skillsExperience in Beauty and Health and Wellness a plusSelf-motivated with a high attention to detaiMust be organized and thoughtfulExperience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendationsMS Office Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GoogleExperience with Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plusHealth, dental, and visionPTOSummer FridaysWellness and commuter benefitsWork with a fun, consultative team of expertsLocation - headquartered in SoHo, New York City with offices in San Diego, Hamburg and Bratislava#J-18808-Ljbffr
