National Business Development RepresentativeA rapidly growing family‑owned national site services company is seeking a National Business Development Representative to base in Chicago/Milwaukee, or a nearby market. The role is sales‑focused and aims to drive new business growth by identifying and securing new clients, executing strategic sales plans, and building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in the commercial waste industry.ResponsibilitiesProspect new business opportunities and conduct market research.Manage CRM records and maintain accurate pipeline information.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present solutions to prospects.Perform onsite visits to present and negotiate services with potential clients.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.QualificationsMinimum of two years of outside sales experience.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation starts at $80,000+ base salary plus commission.
