You will support operations across all business divisions. This company is known for delivering high-quality, custom projects across a diverse range of industries and is looking for an HR professional who can contribute to a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.Position OverviewReporting to senior HR leadership, this role serves as a key resource for day‑to‑day HR operations. The Human Resources Generalist will provide full‑cycle recruiting support, administer benefits and leave programs, assist with employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This is a highly collaborative, detail‑oriented role requiring discretion, adaptability, and strong customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and company informationSupport full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingPartner with hiring managers and external recruiting resources to meet hiring needsCoordinate onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and documentationAdminister employee benefits and leave programs, including FMLAMaintain accurate employee records within HRIS systemsAssist with compliance related to federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ACA, ADA, DOT, etc.)Support employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, documentation, and issue trackingContribute to performance management and employee engagement initiativesRespond to routine HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies and proceduresConduct stay and exit interviews to support retention strategiesEnsure accuracy of benefit‑related invoices and resolve discrepanciesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service deliverySupport workplace safety initiatives in partnership with internal teamsProvide administrative support and backup to HR leadership and team members as neededQualificationsEducation & KnowledgeBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred)HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferredBilingual (Spanish/English) preferredExperience3+ years of HR experience requiredExperience in high‑volume or fast‑paced environments preferredSkills & AttributesStrong organizational and time‑management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needsStrong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilitiesCustomer‑focused mindset with a collaborative approachAbility to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretionWork Environment & Physical RequirementsOffice environment with occasional interaction in production/shop areasMay require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.Regular use of computer and standard office equipment#J-18808-Ljbffr
