Cascadia Cross Border Law Group LLC in Anchorage, Alaska has a job opening for an immigration law associate with 0-5 years of experience in immigration law. Our firm handles a wide variety of cases involving business, family immigration, naturalization, asylum, and all aspects of removal defense. We are also involved in federal court litigation and we have a heavy emphasis on US military asylum and naturalization cases. This job is not remote; the applicant must be willing and able to relocate to our office in Anchorage, Alaska, USA.0-5+ years of experience in immigration law; desired qualifications include experience researching case law, drafting legal briefs, interviewing clients, and preparing business and family immigration applications and declarations. Applicant must work well with colleagues, be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused. Fluency in oral and written Spanish or Korean is preferred but we are open to consider other languages as well, or English-only speakers. Applicant must be willing and able to become a member of the Alaska Bar Association if not already admitted to practice law in Alaska; see for a list of jurisdictions that have reciprocity with Alaska.
