Lifesteps is seeking a Disability Services Program Specialist. This full-time position based in Export, PA works a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Program Specialist ensures special needs adult individuals have regularly scheduled medical, dental, psychiatric, and psychological services in accordance with regulations and doctor recommendations.The Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well‑being of persons with intellectual disabilities by assisting in the development and implementation of appropriate plans for their care and development. (i.e. Individual Plans (IP), Restrictive Procedure Plans, Social Emotional Environmental Plans, Fade Plans and Desensitization Plans.)This position is a combination of both hands‑on work with individuals and administrative duties.
