Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 2+ years of matrimonial experience.Requirements:2+ years of Family Law experience2+ years of matrimonial experienceJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standingResponsibilities:Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of casesCollaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation processMaintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to dateAdvocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of actionEnsure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as neededThe annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k.
