In this role, you'll be part of an exciting project helping to test and evaluate electric bicycles (E-bikes) to improve performance, durability, and rider experience. This Seasonal E-Bike Test Rider position is based out of Palo Alto, CA. Candidates meeting the requirements for the Seasonal E-Bike Test Rider position below are strongly encouraged to apply.No technical experience is required — just your keen eye and cycling expertise.What You'll Do: Ride on designated routes (city streets, bike paths, and trails) for 2-3 hours per shiftLog miles on our cutting-edge e-bikes across designated city streets, bike paths, and trailsProvide daily reports and detailed feedback on bike performance, handling, and battery lifeFollow all safety protocols and testing instructionsCompensation: $23.00/hourShifts: AM shift (4-hours): 7:00 am - 11:00 am (Monday – Friday)AM shift (8-hours): 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday – Friday)Mid-day shift (4-hours): 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday – Friday) Flexible schedulingWhat We're Looking For: Must be at least 18 years oldValid driver's license and a good driving recordComfortable riding a bicycle 2-3 hours per shiftBasic computer skills to complete daily reports and use communication softwareAbility to follow safety protocolsWillingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to read maps and follow routes accuratelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, in EnglishPreferred Skills (Not Required): Previous e-bike riding experienceExperience using Strava, Garmin, or other ride-tracking toolsBicycle mechanic experienceRetirees and veterans are welcome.Performance Driven Workforce is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
