Are we the road to your future?We are currently searching for an experienced Survey Manager to support our Mid-Atlantic Region located in Springfield, VA, Charleston, WV, or Pittsburgh, PA .What You'll Be DoingHelp build and support new and existing client relationshipsHire, mentor and train technical staff, including professional land surveyors, survey field crews and techniciansMember of a survey team working within a group to meet schedules, client requests (internally and externally) and production expectationsCoordinating and managing outside survey subcontractorsImplementing QA/QC practices for final survey deliverablesDeveloping fees and writing and reviewing proposalsEnsure compliance with company safety regulationsCommunicate regularly with team members and operation managers to keep project on schedule and meet client expectationsWhat You Need To HaveLicensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Pennsylvania, Virginia or West Virginia)5+ years of Project Management experience with the ability to grow and lead a Survey departmentDesire and ability to obtain licensure in additional statesStrong verbal and written communication skillsJudgment and decision-making skillsComplex problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsTechnical skills, including AutoCad and/or MicroSation, Trimble equipment and software, laser scanning and drones a plusValid driver's license and safe driving recordSafety orientedAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
