Senior Associate, Corporate Finance | Dallas, TX (Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 base + 10–30% bonus)Sage Search Partners is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Finance for a real estate investment management organization in Dallas, TX. This role supports fund operations and investor reporting by coordinating quarterly deliverables and responding to ongoing investor and consultant requests with accurate, timely financial and operational information.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in fund operations, investment/fund reporting, and/or investor reporting, and strong proficiency with Excel (and related reporting tools).The client is looking for someone with exceptional analytical and written/verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; real estate private equity experience is strongly preferred, and exposure to tools like Workiva, Juniper Square, and Yardi is a plus. If you would like to join a dynamic company with lots of room for growth and excellent work/life balance, apply today.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and produce quarterly investor reporting packages, partnering with internal teams and third-party administrators to gather, validate, and present required data.Serve as a key point of contact for investor and consultant requests, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and aligned with prior reporting and appropriate disclosures.Compile and reconcile operational and financial information needed for reporting, performance updates, and other recurring deliverables.Support review processes tied to fund financial statements, including items such as fees and carried interest calculations prepared by the fund administrator.Assist with investor communications related to capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and other fund notices.Maintain and update investor and fund information within the investor portal, ensuring data integrity and consistent documentation.Partner with teammates to identify and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, scalability, and best practices across reporting workflows.Contribute to additional fund operations and reporting needs as they arise.Client RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.3+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, investment/fund reporting, and/or investor reporting.Preference for candidates with real estate private equity exposure.Advanced Excel skills and strong capability in producing high-quality deliverables under deadline.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability.High attention to detail, sound judgment, and an ownership mindset.Experience with reporting and investor platforms (e.g., Workiva, Juniper Square, Yardi) is preferred.Comfortable supporting peak workloads and occasional extended hours when business needs require.Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview#J-18808-Ljbffr
