Their ability to thrive is further strengthened by an in‑house manufacturing capability, enabling full control over quality, cost, and programme delivery, as well as a deep commitment to cutting‑edge technology, automation, and AI to enhance speed, efficiency, and client outcomes.The RoleAs BIM Manager, you will take ownership of BIM strategy and execution across multiple projects, ensuring best practices, quality, and innovation are embedded at every stage of the project life‑cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement BIM execution plans, standards, workflows, and quality control processes aligned with project goalsLead BIM strategy and delivery across multiple concurrent projectsManage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing BIM teamCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless BIM integrationOversee the implementation and optimisation of BIM tools including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCADEnforce BIM standards through regular model audits, reviews, and quality checksLead clash detection and coordination across disciplines to minimise design conflictsAct as the primary escalation point for BIM‑related challenges and technical issuesFacilitate coordination meetings to resolve design and construction clashes effectivelyPrepare and present BIM reports, performance insights, and progress updates to stakeholdersManage BIM resources, budgets, and delivery schedules to meet project deadlinesSupport wider project planning by identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesWhat You BringYou will have 10+ years of experience in BIM management within construction, architecture, or engineering, along with a proven track record of leading BIM teams on large‑scale, complex projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential, alongside a strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and project delivery across the full construction lifecycle.Experience working with cloud‑based collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 or Procore is advantageous, and relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional are a plus. You will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively in fast‑paced environments.
