Account Executive, MortgageThe Account Executive, Mortgage is a client-facing, sales role responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship, and EFX engagement within the account; primary responsibility for the customer, and must orchestrate other EFX resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax Mortgage solutions portfolio.What You Will DoFosters and maintains customer/partner trustGrows customer/partner revenue across the full Equifax Mortgage solution portfolioOrchestrates Equifax resources to deliver customer value and satisfaction across the full customer/partner lifecycleStrengthens the business relationship by expanding the ways in which customer/partner relies on Equifax as a trusted advisorIdentifies, develops, manages, and closes customer opportunities spanning all Equifax Mortgage solutionsEngages with clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutionsDefines and executes sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer valueDevelops strong working relationships with client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencersLeverages account, solution, and delivery pre‑sales/sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain customer satisfactionLeads account strategy and planning motions with cross‑functional team to align customer business imperatives with Equifax solutionsPrepares and conducts periodic customer business reviewsManages contracting and contract complianceDrives strong pipeline development and sales executionWhat Experience You Need4‑7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development with a proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targetsExperience with solution and consultative sellingProfessional presentation and communication skills; familiarity/comfort in public speakingStrong negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to build and grow key relationships across multiple accountsExperience working with senior‑level account employees, including an ability to immediately establish credibility and build/maintain those relationshipsExceptional ability to manage and execute a robust pipelineAbility to travel – approximately 10‑20%What Could Set You ApartMortgage industry knowledgeProven ability to build and grow key, senior‑level relationships across multiple accounts, immediately establishing credibility with executivesExceptional ability to manage and execute a robust pipeline and drive urgency in the sales cycleExcellent planning, organization, multi‑tasking, prioritization, and meeting facilitation skillsEquifax is required by law to include a good‑faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $80,020.00 to $120,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%.#J-18808-Ljbffr
