Join the Heart of Hilton Head IslandAssistant Front Office Manager – The Sea Pines Resort Welcome CenterThe Sea Pines Resort is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Welcome Center. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.Position SummaryThe Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting team development. This position partners closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure efficient operations and seamless guest service, while stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. This role also provides hands‑on support across Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations functions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office ManagerSupport daily Front Office operations including procedures, reporting, recordkeeping, invoicing, and forecastingDeliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionallyAssist with training and development of interns and front office team membersProvide hands-on support for Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations as neededCoordinate guest services including:Villa and home reservationsDining reservations at resort restaurantsActivity bookings (bike rentals, recreation, photography sessions, etc.)Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure a seamless guest experienceSupervisory ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to front office team members during shift operationsIndirectly supervise up to 10 employeesQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of college education (hospitality preferred)At least 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with property management and reservation systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWhy Join UsAt The Sea Pines Resort, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences in one of Hilton Head Island's most iconic destinations.
