Marketing Manager (Fintech Firm)Location: NYC Midtown, Hybrid 3 days in officeCompensation: $130K to $150K base plus equity participationOur client is a fast-growing fintech company that helps financial institutions create and manage custom investment indexes. They work with asset managers, banks, and insurance companies to support products like ETFs and structured investments. Their technology platform makes it faster and easier to build tailored investment strategies, allowing clients to design exactly what they need instead of relying on standard, one-size-fits-all solutions. As the firm continues to grow, they are expanding their sales and client-facing teams to support a rapidly increasing global client base.Our client is seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial marketing professional to take ownership of marketing efforts and help elevate the firm's brand, visibility, and growth.
