We specialize in parking lot maintenance, including paving, patching, seal coating, crack sealing, drain work, and site work, which includes a full complement of grading, excavating, and utility installation services.Essential FunctionsLead and manage a crew to ensure they follow safety protocols and complete tasks according to the project planFollow company and state guidelines for effective, safe, and well-managed work zonesEnsure quality controlRead blueprints, interpret plans, and lay striping patterns on pavement surfacesBe proficient in using various striping equipment, including paint stripers, parking bumpers, and other specialized toolsMaintain equipment and suppliesWorking on other crewsOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has supervisory responsibilities for a crew.Work EnvironmentThis role routinely works outdoors and engages in physically demanding tasks. The employee will be regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles.TravelThis position requires a significant amount of travel to work sites to meet the needs of the business.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, seasonal position. Based on business needs, extended hours, nights, and weekend work may be necessary. While in season, the typical work week is approximately 50-60 hours.Physical DemandsThe employee must be able to stand for long periods.
