This position is open to both Orange County and New York candidates. We bring a team of fully engaged advisors with the legal and practical problem-solving skills necessary to execute the most complex of financial transactions.Responsibilities Assist in representing lenders on construction, bridge, and permanent loans at a national or regional law firm.Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents and conduct related real estate and entity due diligence.Collaborate with team members and clients and take ownership of projects.Qualifications 4–6 years of experience representing lenders on construction, bridge, and permanent loans.Significant lender-side experience with drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents and performing real estate and entity due diligence.Strong written and verbal communication skills; top academic credentials.Candidates living and working in New York will also be considered.Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the CA or NY State Bar.Application and Compensation Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply.
