About the Role At EōS, our Personal Training Manager (PTM) plays a key leadership role in select high-volume gyms, helping guide and grow our personal training team every day. Reporting to the Fitness Manager—and working closely with our Sr. Director of PT Experience—the PTM is the go-to leader for ensuring our trainers deliver top‑notch service and build strong relationships with members.
