This role helps ensure brand consistency, increases audience engagement, and drives awareness through digital, print, and community‑based marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, data‑aware, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & StrategyOptimizing acquisition funnels, scaling paid campaigns, and enhancing organic visibility for healthcareSEM, PPC, paid social ads, funnel optimization, lead generation, campaign planning & targetingAnalyze campaign performance across digital, referral, and community outreach channelsTrack KPIs such as patient acquisition cost, conversion rates, referral sources, and ROIDevelop dashboards and reports to present insights to leadershipIdentify trends, gaps, and opportunities in patient and provider marketing funnelsSupport market research, competitive analysis, and service line growth initiativesUse data to recommend budget allocation and channel strategyMarketing Project ManagementDesigned data‑backed healthcare marketing campaigns using behavioral triggers and lead‑score models, improving consultation‑ready leadsManage multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneouslyCreate project timelines, workflows, and task assignmentsCoordinate cross‑functional teams (clinical leaders, operations, recruiting, compliance)Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standardsOversee campaign launches, content rollouts, and promotional initiativesMaintain project tracking systems and status reportsCampaign Execution SupportManaged paid campaigns across Zocdoc, Google Ads, Meta and healthcare inventory networks, reallocating budgets toward high‑intent keywords and improving acquisition efficiencyCollaborate on digital marketing efforts including email, social media, paid ads, and SEO initiativesSupport development of marketing materials (flyers, provider outreach materials, internal campaigns)Coordinate vendor relationships (design, media buying, web services)Assist with event marketing, community outreach campaigns, and referral network growthHealthcare & Compliance FocusEnsure marketing activities align with healthcare advertising regulations and compliance guidelinesSupport initiatives related to provider recruitment marketing and service expansionMaintain patient privacy considerations (HIPAA awareness in marketing communications)Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred2+ years of marketing analytics, marketing operations, or campaign management experienceExperience managing projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards, or marketing analytics tools)Ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategyEducation & ExperienceAssociate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred1–3 years of marketing or advertising experienceBenefitsCompetitive Compensation including ability to earn share optionsOpportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Job TypesFull-time, some travel 20-30%Ready to Join Us?If you're ready to be part of a supportive, high skill level team that values quality care and personal growth, we'd love to meet with you.
