Litigation Paralegal – Consumer Financial ServicesLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)Compensation: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00About the OpportunityLHH is working with a national law firm that is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its expanding Consumer Financial Services practice group. This is a high-impact, senior-level role supporting attorneys on complex litigation matters, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from case inception through trialDraft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenasManage and organize case files, including document collection, review, and productionCoordinate and lead discovery processes, including e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, DISCO)Prepare exhibits, binders, and materials for depositions, hearings, and trialSummarize depositions, records, and case materials to support litigation strategyHandle federal and state court filings, including electronic filing systems (PACER, Odyssey, etc.)Track deadlines and maintain case calendars to ensure compliance with court requirementsCommunicate with clients, experts, and vendors as needed throughout the litigation processSupport attorneys on complex, high-volume consumer financial services mattersQualifications8+ years of litigation paralegal experience required (consumer financial services, banking, or commercial litigation strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing systemsProven experience supporting complex and high-volume litigation mattersAdvanced proficiency with legal technology, document management, and e-discovery toolsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressureParalegal certificate or equivalent experience preferredMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPTO + paid holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers#J-18808-Ljbffr
