About the RoleThe Shift Manager Restaurants is responsible for directly overseeing the operations of the food and beverage outlet on an assigned shift.Position ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall management of restaurant for a particular shiftCreates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramountAccountable for and dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheldBuilds rapport, commitment, and loyalty with team members and guestsEnsures that service is carried out in accordance with established policyTrains and evaluates all restaurant personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and proceduresEnsures sanitation compliance throughout restaurantsHandles customer complaintsResponsible for meeting profit goals in all the restaurantsResponsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibilityMaintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibilityQualificationsThree to five years' experience in full service restaurant managementBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related fieldAbility to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)BenefitsFree meal on shiftTraining & DevelopmentHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k,)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time OffOur cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $50,000 annually.
