This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and a thorough understanding of custodial and investment operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to excellence in both client service and back‑office execution.We Are The Perfect Fit If YouEnjoy team collaborationThrive in a healthy company culture that recognizes successWant to learn and grow your current skill setAre seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organizationHave a desire to help others protect their futureHave an entrepreneurial spirit and are challenged by the opportunity to grow the businessAre focused on learning and development to enhance your industry knowledge and expertiseAre a self‑starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our businessBelieve in integrity and building success by developing relationships with othersDuties and ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end account onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation and submission of new account documentation, Docusign workflows, and custodial account setup.Process and coordinate cashiering requests including wire transfers, ACH, journals, and distributions across custodial platforms.Support alternative investments operations, including subscription document preparation, capital call coordination, and investor statement management.Serve as a liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians to ensure timely resolution of service requests and account-level issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM and portfolio accounting systems, including account data, contact information, and relationship details.Coordinate and track client and advisor action items to ensure thorough follow-through and documentation.Support compliance workflows including documentation collection, record retention, and preparation of regulatory communications.Assist with performance reporting and client meeting preparation in coordination with advisors and the operations team.Participate in the development and maintenance of operational workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce client friction.Support technology platforms used by the team including Orion, RightCapital, ClickUp, Microsoft Dynamics, and custodial portals.Attend and participate in team meetings, training, and learning opportunities to stay current on industry practices, compliance requirements, and firm procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related operations role preferred.Prior experience with custodial platforms in a wealth management or RIA environment a plus.Skills and KnowledgeStrong working knowledge of custodial operations and account administration processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and document management tools.Experience with CRM and portfolio management platforms; familiarity with Orion and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Client‑first mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and follow‑through.Working ConditionsWork is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable.
