Our work directly supports ground‑breaking technologies like High NA EUV, shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing.In this role, you will play a critical part in integrating photomask technologies and driving manufacturability for advanced memory products. You will collaborate across multiple engineering fields, influence roadmap decisions, and solve complex technical challenges. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while working alongside experts in process development, design, and lithography.ResponsibilitiesLead integration efforts to enable manufacturability of next‑generation photomasks, including High NA EUVPartner with teams across mask R&D, design, and photolithographyDesign and implement experiments in mask and wafer fabsOptimize process flows to meet performance, yield, and cost targetsDrive yield improvement initiatives and communicate solutions to technical teamsMinimum QualificationsMaster's or PhD in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of semiconductor process integration and developmentHands‑on experience with data analysis, DOE, and statistical methodsKnowledge of memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND through direct contributionsProven experience leading projects and working across technical teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in photomask process development or integrationExpertise in Model‑Based Problem Solving methodologiesTrack record of solving sophisticated manufacturing or yield challengesExperience collaborating with wafer fab or extern partnersAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
