The Process Controller performs functions necessary to operate the continuous enameling oven(s). This position handles several functions in the manufacturing process of producing aluminum and copper magnet wire.Pay: $21.70/hourPrimary ResponsibilitiesRequired to perform all duties in a safe mannerHandles material and equipment in a safe and efficient mannerSets up machinery or changes set-up on equipment to meet manufacturing instructions for a set of ovensRuns equipment and machinery in designated areaCleans equipment and machinery and maintains housekeeping in designated areaExamines wire or product both visually and manually for deficiencies, such as beady wire and enamel cracksBrazes bare wire knots and checks finish spools for qualityRejects defective material and identifies type of defects on appropriate documentationRecognizes and corrects poor spoolingSegregates hazardous waste and disposes in proper containersMaintains records in required formatCollects data through use of computerized equipmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentStrong communication skillsMicrosoft Office Suite#J-18808-Ljbffr
