OverviewTX - BASTROPPart‑time Retail Display Installer position. Work up to 30 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑6:00 pm. No weekend or evening hours.ResponsibilitiesVisit major retail stores within an assigned territory to assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays.Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.Complete same‑day digital surveys, providing feedback and photos for each store visit.Report findings and provide timely status updates to management.Travel between stores and cover additional regions if required to increase workload.Perks & CompensationBase rate: $18 per hour for general merchandising projects.Higher rates available for technical projects, based on need.W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Store‑to‑store travel reimbursement based on mileage.Paid training to prepare for program success.Accrue paid time off (PTO) each week you work.Access to earned wages before payday via TapCheck, along with additional financial services.QualificationsPrevious merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the territory.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and display diagrams.Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.Technical readiness: internet access, basic handheld tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device (latest OS update).
