This is an opportunity for those who want to take ownership, demonstrate their expertise in month-end close processes, and grow within a well-established company!Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesOwn complete month-end close from invoicing through final sign-offGenerate invoices and post revenue across multiple divisionsManage project cost accounting including job costing, tracking costs by project/division, and profitability analysisManage AP/AR including vendor payments, collections, and aging reportsPerform bank and inventory reconciliations; investigate variancesCalculate COGS including materials, labor, and overhead allocationProcess payroll for employees and post journal entriesRecord depreciation, accruals, prepaid expenses, and intercompany entriesGenerate trial balances and P&L by divisionConduct variance analysis (actual vs budget) and coordinate with operationsPrepare consolidated financial statements and review with CFOUtilize Sage Intacct ERP system for all accounting processesSupport audits and mentor team members as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting5-7 years accounting experience with career progression and leadership experienceHeavy month-end close experience – must have owned full processManufacturing/inventory accounting background strongly preferredProject cost accounting or job costing experience preferredMulti-divisional accounting experience requiredSage Intacct or similar ERP proficiencyAdvanced Excel skillsGAAP knowledge and practical application401(k) with company matchPTO and paid holidaysAnnual salary increasesFamily‑friendly, flexible culture$85k - $95k (depending on experience) + performance bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
