This role involves mentoring junior engineers, leading complex engineering studies, and ensuring strategic alignment with safety, reliability, and compliance goals. The incumbent will focus on leading and supporting T&S Reliability portfolio metrics development, analytics, tracking, impact evaluation, and reporting, as well as supporting the development of an optimized investment framework. Must have experience in analytical tools and databases. Work can include: developing and implementing engineering strategies for grid modernization; managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for major projects; facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. May be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.Primary Duties Leads and performs assignments in specialized areas requiring extensive engineering expertiseLeads and performs engineering tasks and projects associated with a critical or analytical engineering project or a small number of complex projects that require specialized knowledge in many areas, may include field testing, troubleshooting, and peer reviewEvaluates complex technical issues that require highly specialized knowledge and recommends actions or programs for their resolution, which may necessitate the review/evaluation of engineering design documentsEvaluates, develops, implements, and leads projects that have significant financial and operational impact, may also develop initial commissioning plans.
