This role involves mentoring junior engineers, leading complex engineering studies, and ensuring strategic alignment with safety, reliability, and compliance goals. The incumbent will focus on leading and supporting T&S Reliability portfolio metrics development, analytics, tracking, impact evaluation, and reporting, as well as supporting the development of an optimized investment framework. Must have experience in analytical tools and databases. Work can include: developing and implementing engineering strategies for grid modernization; managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for major projects; facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
