Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.Boeing is looking for Government Procurement Financial Analysts (Associate or Experienced) to join our team at either of our beautiful locations in Mesa, AZ or Hazelwood, MO. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 2 and Level 3 Specialists to find the best fit for the position.As a part of the Government Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) team, PFAs support the development of the negotiation positions for the procurement of goods and services by conducting cost/price analysis of supplier proposals. PFAs support U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sale, and Direct Commercial Sale type contracts across multiple programs and platforms. Quantitative and statistical methods are used to correlate, compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, strong presentation and attention to detail skills.Position ResponsibilitiesAnalyze supplier proposals to determine a fair and reasonable price positionConduct cost/price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data and parametric modelsSubstantiate cost estimates and lead supplier and customer negotiationsCross functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Supply ChainEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirementsDevelop and improve cost analysis templates and toolsAbility to travel if neededBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Contracts, Estimating and Pricing, Business Operations, Procurement Financial AnalysisProficient skills in utilizing Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)Preferred Qualifications3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with and/or exposure to supplier related dataExperience in performing business case or financial analysisApplicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.Pay Rate RangeMin Pay Rate $35Max Pay Rate $38Currency USDUnit hourlyBenefitsOptional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401KWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or other applicable legally protected characteristic.
