Our client focuses on developing first-in-class and best-in-class therapeutics that provide meaningful advances to patients who live with serious and life-threatening rare genetic diseases.What You Will Do Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, overseeing an extensive volume from drafting through final signatures while ensuring accuracy and compliance.Monitor and process requisition requests, securing financial approvals and creating purchase orders efficiently within SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source platforms.Conduct vendor research to verify active status, facilitate new supplier onboarding, and update existing vendor information.Draft, review, and negotiate various contract types, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Scopes of Work, and Change Orders.Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, fostering productive relationships to streamline contract execution.Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other departments to coordinate workflows, meet deadlines, and manage contractual obligations proactively.Maintain detailed records and manage complex workflows to ensure seamless processing and compliance.Required Skills Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in contract management or related roles.Proficiency with SAP/Ariba, Coupa/Spend Source, and Icertis systems.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and navigate ambiguity.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management.Capable of managing high workloads and tight deadlines with efficiency and professionalism.Nice to Have Skills Prior experience in contracts administration, legal departments, or within a biotech/pharma/medical device company.Experience working at a large law firm or in-house legal team.Science background or familiarity with medical and scientific terminology.Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Legal Studies, Life Sciences, or a related field.Relevant professional experience in contract management, procurement, or legal support in a contract-intensive industry.Other Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
