An Investment Management Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an FP&A Associate.ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization.Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for management, highlighting key trends, variances, and performance metrics.Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision‑making.Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical tools.Partner with teams across the organization to support business initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, business analytics, accounting, or a related function.Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with data visualization, automation, or analytical software is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
