This role manages inspection, testing, maintenance (ITM), service, and repair activities for fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and related life safety systems while supporting site surveys, estimating, and bidding efforts. The position ensures strict compliance with federal contract requirements, applicable codes, and company standards and requires strong operational leadership in compliance‑driven federal environments.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage fire protection service operations for federal government customersOversee inspection, testing, maintenance, and service activities for fire alarm and fire sprinkler systemsEnsure compliance with federal contract requirements, NFPA standards, and customer‑specific proceduresManage service managers, coordinators, technicians, and support staff assigned to federal accountsCoordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet contract performance requirementsConduct site surveys and system assessments to support service execution, repairs, and project opportunitiesDevelop service‑related estimates, budgets, and pricing for repairs, upgrades, and contract modificationsSupport bidding efforts for federal ITM contracts, task orders, and service‑related projectsCollaborate with account managers and sales teams on proposal development and technical inputMonitor service performance, KPIs, and contract deliverablesEnsure accurate documentation, reporting, and record retention in accordance with federal standardsSupport audits, inspections, and reviews conducted by federal agencies or AHJsCoordinate corrective actions, deficiency resolution, and follow‑up workSupport contract modifications, change orders, and scope managementPromote a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance across service teamsSupport continuous improvement of service processes, compliance, and operational efficiencyQualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience.Associate's degree with 8+ years of experience.High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience.Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements including U.S. citizenship for access to classified information.
