Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operations of receiving, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality control standards.Communicate performance expectations and operational goals clearly to team members.Monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching and feedback.Monitor key metrics such as PPOH, quality, and labor efficiency, and report performance data.Identify and support continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma tools.Promote and enforce a culture of safety, cleanliness, and accountability.Assist in hiring, training, evaluations, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions.Submit shift reports, KPIs, attendance, and safety incidents accurately and on time.Collaborate with Maintenance and Management teams to resolve production issues quickly.Lead by example and foster a team‑oriented work environment.Help resolve employee issues, customer escalations, and equipment downtime alongside supervisors.Ensure plant compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies.This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the job.
