This role ensures effective use of NetSuite and related applications while serving as a key connection between users and systems. This is a hybrid‑role requiring the ability to commute to the Morton/Redwood Falls location twice per month.The position reports to the Director of Technology and provides day‑to‑day support, promotes data integrity, and helps improve workflows across manufacturing, inventory, and cross‑functional teams. Over time, the role will grow into deeper involvement with system optimization, training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.NetSuite & Business Application SupportServe as a primary point of contact for questions and issues related to NetSuite and related business applicationsManage support requests from intake through resolution, including clarification, coordination, follow‑up, and closureTroubleshoot issues by understanding underlying business processes, not just system behaviorPartner with internal teams and external vendors as needed to resolve issuesEnsure clear communication, documentation, and timely follow‑throughBusiness Process & ERP Operations SupportBusiness process understanding, and fitting NetSuite functionality, where possible, to business process, make alternative recommendations, or educate relative to the ticket requestSupport end‑to‑end ERP workflows across inventory, manufacturing, fulfillment, and order‑to‑cash processesUnderstand how upstream and downstream processes interact across the ERP environmentHelp identify breakdowns between system configuration and real‑world operational useServe as a knowledgeable, approachable resource for users navigating ERP‑driven processesProcess improvement through incoming simple to medium complexity customization requestsData Quality, Documentation & StandardizationMonitor trends in issues and requests to identify data quality or process consistency concernsPerform basic data validation as part of issue investigation and resolutionCreate, update, and maintain SOPs, job aids, and reference documentation related to system usageRecommend opportunities for standardization of data, workflows, and system usageSupport training communications and reinforcement of best practicesEnsuring use of the NetSuite system as designed/intended from a governance perspectiveOnboarding, Enablement & Implementation SupportAssist with onboarding of new employees by supporting system access, training coordination, and process orientationSupport system enablement for new business units, acquisitions, or operational changes as directedPartner with IT leadership and business stakeholders during implementation activities to support adoption and readinessHelp reinforce consistent system usage and adherence to standard processes during periods of changeOther duties as assigned to support IT operations and business needs at Altimate MedicalRequirementsExperience working in or with an ERP environment 2+ years (NetSuite or similar)Able to do basic workflow optimization in SuiteFlowAble to exercise judgment to provide guidance within a defined NetSuite framework and guidelinesStrong understanding of business processes and how systems support themCustomer‑focused mindset with a strong sense of service and accountabilityHigh attention to detail and a natural inclination toward follow‑through and closureAbility to learn systems, processes, and data structures quicklyAbility to travel as required for training, onboarding, or operational supportFull‑time, hybrid role (on‑site and remote)Travel expected approximately 15–20%Standard business hours, with flexibility based on business needsPreferredExposure to NetSuite as a user or power user preferredExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory‑driven environmentsFamiliarity with business application ecosystems (e.g., reporting, document management, workflow tools)Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, training materials, or process documentationFamiliarity with project or work management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms)Who will be Successful in this RoleEngaging, approachable, and service‑orientedDetail‑driven and motivated by follow‑throughComfortable working within structured processesInterested in growing ERP and business systems expertiseFocused on operational excellence and consistencyAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periodsAbility to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 poundsSummaryWe offer a competitive base annual salary range of $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit‑sharing opportunities tied to performance.Beyond pay, our market‑leading benefits are designed to support your wellbeing.
