Associate Attorney (Mortgage) - Dallas, Texas Agility360 is searching for a Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join our client's legal practice located in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas.Essential Job Functions Manage and maintain default files in accordance with the firm's compliance requirements.Represent secured creditors, banks, and mortgage servicers in all stages of the default process.Review and sign documents in the default process, including motions, notices, affidavits, and other pleadings.Review and compile documents required for the default process.Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, codes, and similar materials.Handle a national portfolio of loans for banks and mortgage servicers.Attend hearings, mediations, trials, settlement conferences, and other appearances as necessary.Review information across the firm's case management system, client systems, and investor systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via systems, phone, and email.Utilize the firm's case management system and reporting tools to ensure all deadlines for pleadings are met.Maximize client billing opportunities while maintaining compliance and meeting investor timeline expectations in a high-volume environment.Education / Experience Requirements 8–10 years of experience in the default servicing industry.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school (required).Active admission to the State Bar of New Mexico; admission to federal district courts preferred.Licenses to practice law in additional states are a plus.Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines preferred.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.Excellent proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.Additional Details 8–10 years of experience in the default servicing industry.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school (required).Active admission to the State Bar of New Mexico; admission to federal district courts preferred.Licenses to practice law in additional states are a plus.Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines preferred.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.Excellent proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.Details Direct hire, full-time positionSalary range: $70,000 to$90,000 / year (based on experience)Medical benefits, 401K, and vacation/sick benefitsMust pass a background check and drug screening#J-18808-Ljbffr
