We focus on delivering solutions that positively impact communities and approach each challenge with enthusiasm, an open mind, and willingness to go above and beyond.Responsibilities:The Designer works closely with the internal project team to create design and construction documents.Prepare drawings in Revit that adhere to office standardsAssist project team/manager in developing construction documents for permitting, bidding and constructionParticipate in multiple concurrent projects from start to finish during design development and construction documents phasesDevelop and communicate design ideas and technical information related to the project including, but not limited to, design presentations, client meetings, detailing and hand sketchingAssists in the development of a design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats.Utilizes BIM technologies in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components.Provides support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the projectGenerates graphic content for proposals, material boards, and design presentationsQualifications:Required:Ability to function comfortably, gain trust, confidence, and deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants, contractors, vendors, and the COAR teamWorking experience/proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced design environmentWell organized and efficient in completing tasksEducation And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.Application:Please provide a Resume or CV as well as a Design Portfolio showcasing direct experience in the design and production of construction documents that includes samples of your personal work.
