Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Hiresigma | HRResponsibilitiesSolicit commercial clients; aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross‑selling efforts.Obtain and maintain Centers of Influence (COIs) and attend various networking events in the assigned geographic area.Utilize skills and experience in loan structuring and credit analysis.Generate a wide variety of commercial and real estate loans.Close loans typically in the $250,000 to $10 million range.Contribute to deposit growth by cross‑selling and promoting additional banking products.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in banking, finance, or other related field is preferred.Formally credit trained and/or underwriting knowledge and experience is preferred.Typically a minimum of 3 years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.Familiarity with the sales, loan processing, and closing processes.Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services including working knowledge of Mortgage, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), as well as Owner-Occupied and Investment Commercial Real Estate loans.Proven track record of business development.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIndustriesBanking#J-18808-Ljbffr
