Job Description Job Description We are recruiting a Compensation Financial Analyst to become a part of our client's team in Troy, Michigan. The role focuses on providing critical financial insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making processes. This role will be instrumental in updating and maintaining financial records, calculating incentives and contributions, and preparing various financial reports.Responsibilities:• Regularly update and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy.• Perform monthly and quarterly account balancing.• Prepare and present various financial reports, including profit sharing contributions and capital contributions.• Lead the preparation of annual budgeting processes.• Perform auditing tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial data.• Calculate incentives and distributions for various stakeholders.• Review and summarize financial agreements and contracts.• Compile year-end compensation packages for stakeholders.• Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and special projects.• Utilize various accounting software systems to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.• Conduct data mining techniques to gather necessary financial data.• Oversee and manage various accounting functions.• Apply knowledge of accrual accounting principles in daily tasks.• Participate in capital management and budgeting processes.• Perform compensation analysis as needed.• Possess at least three years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.• Experience in various Accounting Functions.• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting.• Experience in Auditing is a must.• Familiarity with Budget Processes.• Experience in Capital Management.• Proficient in Budgeting.• Experience in Compensation Analysis is necessary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
