This attorney will manage a high-volume caseload and handle hearings while playing a key role in the continued expansion of the statewide workers' compensation practice.This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys litigation and advocacy work, and is looking to join a firm with significant growth momentum, resources, and case flow.Responsibilities Manage day-to-day handling of workers' compensation matters and hearingsDraft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and related litigation documentsGuide clients through the legal process with strong communication and advocacyCoordinate with expert witnesses, including reports and affidavitsPrepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesQualifications J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the Florida BarMinimum of 3+ years of workers' compensation experienceAbility to manage a high-volume caseload effectivelyStrong written and oral advocacy skillsExcellent client communication and relationship management abilitiesSelf-motivated with a long-term growth mindsetBenefits The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including:Medical and dental insurance401(k)Paid time off and paid holidaysStrong operational and litigation support resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
