Shift: Full time, 60/hrs per pay period. 8am-2:30pm.

Starting Pay: $17.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the apartments, common building systems and grounds. Maintains outside of buildings including repairs, painting, snow and ice removal, landscaping, rescreening windows, doors, etc.

The Maintenance person communicates regularly and effectively with residents, staff, and all levels of management. This position is periodically required to be on-call and to respond to emergency maintenance requests at the property.
