The Construction Safety Specialist – Self Perform Mechanical will serve as the dedicated safety resource for Tesla's in‑house (self‑perform) mechanical construction team. This role is responsible for ensuring that mechanical work activities are performed safely and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Construction Safety Specialist will partner closely with mechanical superintendents, foremen, and craft to build a world‑class mechanical work culture through field presence, hazard recognition, coaching, training, AI utilization, and program development and implementation.
