As a Store Manager, you will develop a dynamic team that is focused on the client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experienceRecruit, hire, and retain best in class talentDeliver operational excellence in all store processesDevelop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goalsCreate foot traffic through community involvementDemonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced store environmentDrive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technologyYOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leaderProficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is requiredAuthorization to work for any employer in the United States.
