About the Clinician's WorkdayThe anatomic and clinical pathologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic pathology services Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with OR days generally starting at 7:30 AM and tumor boards at 7:00 AM. The position requires interpreting 150 slides per day with 10 days of call per month. Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology is required with subspecialty training in surgical pathology, gynecologic pathology, cytopathology or hematopathology strongly preferred. The clinician will work within a hospital-based laboratory system covering 6 total hospitals to ensure comprehensive pathology services.
