Bruni & Campisi, proudly serving the community for over 40 years, is seeking an Electrical Helper/Apprentice to join our growing team in Elmsford, NY. In this role, you'll support experienced, certified electricians as you learn the trade hands-on. You'll assist with residential electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations while developing the skills needed to advance in the field. Responsibilities:

• Assist With Electrical Installations Comfortable with supporting electricians with installing electrical services, panels, breaker replacement, outlets, switches, fixtures, and other basic residential components.
• System Inspections Help with visual inspections and basic electrical testing under supervision
• Troubleshooting Support Assist in identifying issues and preparing tools and materials for diagnostics
• Customer Interaction Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when speaking with homeowners
• Code Compliance Support Follow instructions to help ensure all work meets national, state, and local codes
• Service Call Assistance Support job setup, cleanup, material handling, and site organization.
• Documentation Assist with recording work performed using an iPad & ServiceTitan (training provided)
• Safety Practices Follow all PPE requirements, safety standards, and job-site procedures
• Customer Service Contribute to a clean, professional, customer-first service experience on every job

Qualifications:

• Experience Minimum 3 years of residential electrical field experience
• Electrical Knowledge Familiarity with wiring, devices, circuits, and basic electrical components
• Basic Electrical Hand Tools Must have electrical hand tools
• Eagerness to Learn Strong desire to grow, follow direction, and support electrical journeymen
• Communication Skills Able to follow instructions and interact professionally with customers and team members
• Attention to Detail Takes pride in neat workmanship, organization, and safe practices
• Service Software Experience using an iPad or tablet is a plus (training provided)
• Driver's License Valid license and reliable transportation required
