This role involves providing specialized care in a level 4 NICU environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers a 12-hour shift schedule with night shifts starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 7:00 AM, and it begins on 07/27/2026. Job Details: Location: Austin, Texas Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Required Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience, including 2 years of level 4 NICU experience. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with additional level 4 NICU experience are preferred. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: Number of Positions: 2 to 4 Unit type: NICU Skills: Teamwork, positive attitude, adaptability EMR System: Meditech Shift Schedule: Four weekend shifts per schedule Typical Procedures: Various neonatal procedures according to unit protocols Dress Code: Navy scrubs are required; unacceptable attire includes casual or non-scrub clothing Unit Policies and Guidelines: To be discussed on-site Recruitment Focus: Most recruited for are travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters.
