An outstanding leadership opportunity is available for a Manager of Regional Pharmacy providing system-level oversight across multiple pharmacy sites. This direct hire position is located in Rockford, IL, with a Monday-Friday schedule and 24/7 accountability to support continuous pharmacy operations. • Oversee pharmacy operations across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Partner with the Director of Pharmacy to develop and implement operational plans, quality initiatives, and performance standards
• Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership on budgeting, planning, and problem-solving strategies
• Maintain effective relationships with medical staff and hospital departments to support integrated patient care
• Support advancements in pharmacy information systems and inventory control
• Participate in key committees including Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, Medication Safety, and Nursing/Pharmacy collaboration
• Lead human resources activities including recruitment, performance management, and staff development
• Monitor productivity, financial performance, and patient outcomes to achieve organizational goals
• Execute all pharmacy manager duties and additional responsibilities as required

• PharmD from an accredited college or university
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory or management experience in a pharmacy setting
• Active Illinois pharmacist license (required)
