Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests for their loyalty
Provide information about the area and Orlando (restaurants, attractions, offices, etc)
Assist guests with any requested service
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Maintain cleanliness and condition of the club lounge, bar unit, tables, and other tools (such as but not limited to cleaning tables, vacuum carpet, dusting, cleaning work surfaces and serving utensils)
Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
Stock ice, glassware, and supplies according to the level of business
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
Complete opening and closing duties according to the department checklist
Requisition of all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to club lounge set-up area as required
Secure sodas, water, snacks, and any other equipment in the appropriate cabinets or storage areas during and at the end of the working shift.
Pass along pertinent information to Supervisor or Manager as well as document it in the department logbook
Communicate any additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager immediately
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Assist the Restaurant and Bar operation according to the level of service
Job Requirements:
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
Stand or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Communicate with others using clear and professional languages, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
Candidates should understand Food handling and be T.I.P.S certified.
Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
