Occupational Therapist (OTR) - In-House If you've worked in SNF therapy under a contract model and felt like the company's priorities didn't always match your patients' needs - this role is intentionally different. We are an in-house, family-owned therapy organization - not a contract therapy company. Our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, so you can focus on what you were trained to do - delivering meaningful, patient-centered care that changes lives. Why Therapists Choose Sprenger Therapy
In-house therapy model - your loyalty is to your residents, not a contract company's bottom line
Therapy time protected - no routine non-therapy tasks pulling you away from patients
Clinical judgment respected - autonomy is valued
Mentorship available - support that goes beyond orientation
Stable, family-oriented culture - leadership is present and accessible
Care decisions guided by outcomes and patient needs - not short-term volume
Our therapy teams operate differently - and it shows in our retention and culture. What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life
Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable
Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
