We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Connected Warfare Finance team. Your scope will include working directly with growth, engineering, and operations teams to maximize business value and accelerate growth.ABOUT THE JOBAs a Financial Analyst, you will be supporting the Connected Warfare Division. This division covers a diverse portfolio of hardware and software C2 programs. You will be responsible for product and program financial management, income statement and balance sheet forecasting, and top‑tier financial reporting. In this role, you will support multiple products and programs in parallel and interact closely with program management and business line leadership to ensure Anduril is delivering on its financial commitments. You should be comfortable supporting and explaining financial performance and variance analysis at the contract and product level to cross functional teams and senior leadership. This is a critical role in a high‑growth division at a company that is constantly growing and changing.WHAT YOU'LL DOContract and product profit margin analysis and surveillanceOwnership of rolling monthly forecasts, derived by working in depth with key engineering stakeholders (Product Managers, Program Managers, Engineering Leads)Monthly distribution of internal management reporting via presentation and written communicationsWork with program management to develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrityIncome statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business linePrepare monthly/quarterly/annual variance at multiple accounting levelsCreation of reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and BI toolsSupport pricing and proposal activitiesAd hoc support and special projectsDrive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems and proceduresAssist in long range planningREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst, or related finance/accounting roleBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldAbility to operate independently in a fast‑paced environmentAcute understanding of Financial Systems, data management, and complex modelingProven ability to work successfully in a team‑based environmentStrong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal communication, and presentational skillsCandidate must be a United States citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a US security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDoD, Manufacturing and/or Tech industry experienceFamiliarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Salesforce CRMUS Salary Range$77,000 — $102,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
